AT SHARON GILL WE DELIVER HIGH QUALITY SERVICE AND DO OUR BEST TO ENSURE CUSTOMERS ENJOY A HAPPY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.
YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER, SHOULD YOU WISH TO CANCEL.
YOU HAVE A FURTHER 14 DAYS TO RETURN THE GOODS, ONCE WE HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED. A REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED BACK ONTO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD USED WHEN YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE RETURNED GOODS. YOU MUST:
1. USE THE RETURNS LABEL, IF PROVIDED, ON THE DELIVERY NOTE OR RETURNS WILL BE AT YOUR OWN COST AND RISK.

3. PLEASE NOTE, GOODS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED BY POST.
CONDITIONS OF THE RETURN
RETURNED GOODS MUST:
BE IN A SALEABLE CONDITION, NEED TO BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING (INCLUDING ANY LABELS) AND DELIVERY NOTE OR INVOICE, IF ENCLOSED.
NOT SMELL OF DEODORANT ETC - SO PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN TRYING ON YOUR ORDER.
ONCE THE RETURN HAS BEEN ASSESSED, A FULL REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED BACK ONTO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD USED WHEN YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER, IF ACCEPTED, EXCLUDING ANY SHIPPING COSTS. GOODS WHICH DO NOT SATISFY THE CONDITIONS OF THE RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND ALL SHIPPING RETURNS AND HANDLING COSTS WILL BE PASSED ONTO THE CUSTOMER. IF THE CONDITIONS OF THE RETURN ARE REJECTED, THE FINAL DECISION WILL NOT BE NEGOTIABLE.
YOU HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO TAKE CARE OF GOODS WHILE THEY ARE IN YOUR POSSESSION. FAILURE TO COMPLY, WILL RESULT IN ACTION TAKEN AGAINST YOU FOR COMPENSATION, FOR ALL GOODS RETURNED.
IF GOODS ARE CLAIMED TO BE DEFECTIVE, WE WILL ASSESS THE CONDITIONS OF THE RETURNED GOODS AND PROCESS A FULL REFUND BACK ONTO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD USED WHEN YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER, WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE RETURNED GOODS, IF YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REFUND. IN SOME CASES, WE MAY OFFER A REPLACEMENT.

GOODS MUST BE RETURNED BEFORE WE CAN PROCESS A FULL REFUND.
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS WHEN RETURNING THE GOODS.
